June's Loft

June's Loft is a 900+ sq ft, spacious, clean, bright apartment with a king bed, a full sofa sleeper, and a full-size couch. There is a small desk, 55"TV, kitchen & bath amenities, washer & dryer. Guests have a private outdoor patio (shared use of a fire pit and gas grill). Our home and attached Loft apartment are located in a quiet neighborhood near downtown Pullman. Guests may walk, bus, or drive to the WSU campus. The hosts are usually available to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. The space With several windows and skylights, the Loft has plenty of natural light. Want to prepare your own meals? The kitchen has a lot of extras, and the table can seat up to 8 for meals or board games! A washer & dryer (and detergent!) are located in the apartment for your convenience. There is a 55" TV, WiFi, and AC. Also on site (but not in the Loft!) is our dog Tillie, and our cat Grayson. Tillie wanders our large yard only when we are with her. Grayson spends evenings on the patio by the Loft door, and often explores the garden or driveway when the weather is warm. As guests, you could certainly avoid them, but know they are on the property. Depending on the time of year, your hosts enjoy sitting on the front patio or relaxing around a bonfire. Guests are welcome to share this space or enjoy privacy on the side patio near the Loft door. Guest access Guests have a private patio just outside their entrance. Shared space could include the bonfire area in the front yard, or the use of the gas barbecue, or Blackstone on the back patio, near the Loft door. Other things to note The Loft is a 20-minute walk to the WSU campus, or you can catch the city bus one half block away. Or, it's a 7-minute walk downhill to the Chipman Trail, just off Grand Avenue near Cougar Country Drive-In. The trail is used for biking and walking; it winds through town, then heads toward Moscow, Idaho, eight miles to the east.
