View Villa -suitable for several families together

The rental is located down in the valley with a view to the mountains. The house is a part of the Leir farm. It is eight minutes to drive to start of the alpine lift, and twenty minutes if you want to drive up the mountain. And if you want to ski up, the trails go over the fields all the way to the ski lift, provided there is enough snow. Or you can make your way along the old farm road through the forest. It starts behind the stable There are beds for 12 guests. Bed linnen are included. The space Two-storey villa, situated in the valley with views to Norefjell. It is 100 km and 90 minutes drive from center of Oslo. One hour and forty minutes, and 113 km drive from Oslo Airport Gardermoen (OSL). It is about 450 meters from the lake and 10 minutes drive from the ski slopes of Norefjell. It is modest furnished, well suited as temporary work residence. You need to have a car avaliable. There is no easy way to reach public transportation. There are three separate bedrooms with king--size beds and a bunk bed in each of the three bedrooms. Thus, it is well suited for several families traveling together, each with their own bedroom. There are perfect conditions for skiing with groomed trails in the field across the road in winter. There is good asphalt for cycling and roller skiing in the summer. There are also good conditions for mountain biking. Xterra Norway Norefjell went through the woods and passed on the path right behind the shed. The house was built in 1954, but completely rehabilitated in 2015. After the rehabilitation, there is a good standard with waterborne heat in all floors. It is a very steep hill up to the house. It will be able to offer challenges during the winter. Specially the descent will be exciting, if you are unlucky enough to manage to drive up on a marginal lead. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with a dishwasher. There is a bathroom with shower, bath, washer and dryer. On the second floor there is a bathroom with shower and three bedrooms. The carport by the house is normally in use. By the driveway enterance there are also parking facilities. The driveway is very steep, and this can create challenges in winter. At times, it will not be possible to drive all the way up to the house. Then everything has to be carried the last meters up. It is about 100 meters to walk up from the road. In winter, it can be drivable up in the evening, but if the mild weather comes during the night, it is not drivable down. And brakes don't help. The fire pan you see from the tram is shared with everyone on the farm. Other things to note In winter, the driveway can be slippery so you can not reach the house by car. Park your car by the driveway entrance and walk the 100 meters up to the house. Waste is sorted at source. The waste containers are located at the driveway entrance. We sort the waste into: 1) paper and cardboard, 2) food waste, 3) glass and metal and 4) plastic. Food waste must be in a light green bio-bag with a pictured apple core. The food waste has its own basket with a lid on the kitchen counter. The bag must be placed in the empty basket before the waste ends up in the bag. Container with blue lid is for paper and cardboard. Container with dark green lid is for glass and metal. Container with light green lid is for food waste. We recommend two bags on top of each other if the waste is wet. The "plastic" bag with the apple core is biologic and shall in the cointainer as well. Container with dark lid is for residual waste. Container for plastic is yellow with a plastic bag inside.
