There is 1 double bedroom ( bed 1,80m x 2,00m) with access to the conservatory. In the cosy living area, you have a 50-inch Sumsung smart flat-screen TV and a Grundig stereo system with CD player and Bluetooth function. When arriving with a 3rd and /or 4th person (preferably children), the couch in the living area can be converted into a comfortable bed. For a 3rd/4th person 6,- Euro/night will be charged additionally. As well as another linen package at 16,- Euro/person. From the living area, the guest arrives in the rear area in a small, fully equipped kitchen with extensive kitchen equipment, stove with ceramic hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, etc.. To the front, in the direction of the pitoresque Wilhelmstrasse, the living area borders on the upstream and glazed conservatory, which enjoys a fantastic view of the promenade of Wilhelmstrasse (curtains are available as sun protection).
