A cozy, stylish and perfectly clean house in a gated guarded cottage community on the Mozhaisk reservoir. ⠀ Right from the village there is an exit to a quiet sandy beach (800 meters from the house), in the summer season you can swim: the water is clean, the bottom is sandy. Surrounded by forest, mushrooms and clean air! We welcome families with children and even pets 😊 For the comfort and safety of kids, the house has a crib, a high chair, and a stair gate. The space The house is wooden, 2 floors, all amenities in the house are available (light, hot and cold water). ⠀ The house has 3 bedrooms + a kitchen-living room. Everything is brand new, it is rented for the first season.
