The space GROUND FLOOR: Living room with a sofa, 2 armchairs, 1 connected flat screen, coffee table, fan, dimmable LED lighting A fully equipped kitchen for 4 people Bathroom with 70 cm shower, sink, toilet and towel dryer radiator UPPER FLOOR: 2 bedrooms with 140 cm bedding and storage including: - one with mezzanine and a sofa bed, - one with connected flat screen Sheets and towels provided Staircase leading to the bedrooms Outdoor area with barbecue and garden table with mountain view. Guest access entire accommodation and outdoor area with defined parking. Other things to note See "Additional Rules" in the Internal Regulations Your special attention will need to be focused on children because of the fairly steep interior staircase, no baby amenities. The end of stay cleaning is not included. If the condition of the accommodation is deemed unsatisfactory, you will have to pay €60 in cash during the end of stay inventory, which is done jointly. For couples not sharing the same room, a linen supplement of 30 euros will be requested, collected directly by the host at the beginning of your stay. Not suitable for people with disabilities.
