Harvest Barn is located in the beautiful North Norfolk countryside. Sleeping 8 in 4 bedrooms, Harvest has 2 bathrooms, a huge well equipped kitchen, large lounge with log burner, a private, fully enclosed garden and off street parking for up to 4 cars. There are countryside walks right on the doorstep. And you can walk to some fabulous pubs within half an hour. The beaches of Cromer and Sheringham are a 20 minute drive away. The space Harvest Barn is a beautifully converted Barn sleeping 8 across 4 bedrooms. Located on the same site as our our barns, Harvest is extra special as it has a lovely, private garden that wraps around 3 sides of the property with a big lawn at the front and a paved back garden which is not overlooked at all. The huge lounge area has 2 very large sofas that can seat 4 guests each and an arm chair. A large wood burner will keep you nice and toasty in cooler weather. We provide enough logs etc for your stay. There is a TV with free Sat channels and a DVD player. Full height windows to the front mean you can enjoy views of the front lawned garden and watch the birds in the apple tree. Leading off of the lounge is the rest of the property. The open plan kitchen diner has a table that seats 8, an electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave and washing machine. You will find a large assortment of pots and pans as well as crockery etc. The kitchen area has underfloor heating keeping your toes toasty whilst you cook. The kitchen has windows on 3 sides with views over the back of the garden area and across the fields. You can also access the back garden area from the kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs and 2 upstairs. There is a shared bathroom downstairs and also a shared bathroom upstairs. Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms. To your right is the kingsized bedroom, with comfy king size bed, bedside tables and wardrobe. And to your right is the spacious double bedroom with memory foam mattress, bedside tables, chest of drawers and wardrobe. The double room has space for a cot, if you require this please let us know upon booking. The bedroom overlooks the front garden area. The downstairs bathroom has a toilet, sink and large shower. There are grab rails next to the toilet and in the shower, and we also have. shower seat available for you to use. The downstairs bathroom has underfloor heating which is lovely when you get out of the shower. Upstairs in the eves of the barn there is a kingsized bedroom with skylight windows in the upstairs bedroom overlook the beautiful Norfolk countryside. The ceiling is slopee, but is very high, so you won't bang your head unless you are right in the corner. The king-size bed is positioned so that you can see the sky through the windows whilst you're laying in bed. This room has a wardrobe and chest of drawers. The second upstairs bedroom has 2 single beds, and again lovely beamed sloping ceilings. The bedroom has a glass wall that overlooks the kitchen and also out across the fields. The glass wall is fitted with black out curtains, so the room stays nice and dark even in the summer months. The upstairs bathroom has a shower over the bath, toilet and sink. Harvest Barn has parking private off street parking for 3 to 4 cars on the gravelled drive area. We are dog friendly ( 2 max). Please let us know upon booking if you are bringing a dog. Hotel standard cotton bed linen is provided and each guest will have one large and one small white towel. We provide tea towels etc in the kitchen and hand towels and bath mats in the bathrooms. You will also find essentials like hand soap, washing up liquid and dish washer tabs. The garden area contains a wooden table and chairs for outdoor eating, and another smaller table by the front door which is perfect for enjoying a cup of tea. There is also a charcoal BBQ available for you to use in the garden, please bring your own charcoal. Please note that we have 4 barns located on the same site. Harvest is located at the far end of the drive, and is joined to the other barns by 1 wall. However it has a fully private garden area with it's own parking for 4 cars right on the doorstep. Guest access You have access to Harvest Barn and the garden area surrounding Harvest Barn. You do not have access to the garden area for the other holiday cottages. Other things to note Harvest is located in a tiny, rural, village in North Norfolk. A car is essential as there is no public transport.
