Lake house with heated pool

The house is 10 km from Toulouse on a private lake, in a residential area. The modern style house, is 200 m2 of living space on a plot of 1400 m2, not overlooked. The main facade and its 100 m2 covered terrace overlooks the lake. You can enjoy a heated pool of 4 m x 8 m from mid-May to October. Games are at your disposal: ping-pong, petanque, badminton... a house where the living is good and quiet. Max capacity, 8 people, 6 adults and 2 children. The space The accommodation is on one level and consists of 4 bedrooms (one with bathroom and toilet), a 40 m2 living room equipped with two bay windows overlooking the covered terrace and the lake and a separate kitchen also overlooking the terrace. In the living room you will find a mezzanine with a relaxation area, reading and games for children. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, including the garage and laundry room. Other things to note The house is not suitable for groups of adults of +6 people, noise nuisance both during the day and in the evening. Day guests are to be declared when booking.
