Your spacious, oversized, gulf front balcony is perfect for dining and lounging. The space The condo is located on the 12th floor, which provides beautiful views of the Gulf, pool, and is quiet place to rest after a fun day on the beach. Bluewater is known for its location and amenities. The beautiful outdoor pool is beachside and there is plenty of room to lounge by the gulf. The heated indoor pool and jacuzzi are a perfect getaway for a cool or rainy day. Other amenities include a fitness center and kiddie pool. Other things to note There is an additional parking fee associated with your stay of $75 per car (max 2 cars) that will be collected by the parking attendant. The Parking attendant will give you a pass to place on your dashboard for the length of your stay. This is a fee that is mandated by the Bluewater Homeowner’s Association.
