Quiet, ideal for resting, breakfast is prepared at the guest's request. The kitchen and dining room are exclusive to the accommodation as we provide breakfast or dinner services at the guest's request. Therefore, it is not shared with guests. We are here to help you in your visit to the touristic places. We have two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms with double beds. Our garage is 150 meters from the house, and we are one block from the Pan-American highway. The space Spacious bedrooms, it has towels, mirror, dresser, night table and wardrobe to hang clothes, rooftop laundry area, where you can hang your towels. Guest access Public use spaces; the entire roof of the 3rd floor and the laundry area. The wifi is very good throughout the house. During your stay The host prepares breakfasts, seafood lunches, and at the request of the guests, I also conduct guided tours of the Beaches, Emblematic places of Chimbote, Archaeological remains. Central location 5 minutes to the main square of Nuevo Chimbote and shopping centers such as; Plaza Vea Metro, Grifo 100 meters away, transport agency to Lima 100 meters away, Market 5 minutes away, 8 minutes from the El Chimbador land terminal and 5 blocks from the bus stop that takes you to El Dorado beach and Caleta Colorada.
