Please note that prepaid WiFi can occasionally be unstable. Even though there are two available internet connections, we still recommend bringing or having your own mobile data so you can browse and stay connected without interruption if needed. We are currently on the waiting list for a PLDT Fiber slot and will upgrade as soon as one becomes available. Open every Mondays-Fridays from 9:00am to 5pm and every Saturdays from 9am to 12nn. Please note that parking fees are not included in the accommodation rate. You may choose from the following options: ● Option 1 – Basement Parking (₱500/night) ✅ Multiple entry ✅ Located at the condo basement for easy access ✅ Subject to availability and requires advance reservation ● Option 2 – Pay Parking (near the clubhouse) 🚶‍♂️ About a 5-7 minute walk to the condo building 💰 Pay-per-entry basis (rates vary depending on duration) • Approx. ₱430 per night for cars • Approx. ₱220 per night for motorcycles AB Residences SMDC Tagaytay – House Rules (STRICTLY ENFORCED) 🏡 All guests are required to read and comply with the following rules. Failure to do so will result in penalties, additional charges, or possible eviction without refund. 1. Compliance with Rules & Laws Guests must strictly follow all condominium policies stated in the Guest Form, as well as all local laws and regulations. Any illegal, unlawful, or prohibited activity will result in immediate eviction without refund. 2. Cleanliness & Proper Use Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and proper use of the unit at all times. Any damage, breakage, missing items, or stains (including towels, linens, and blankets) will be charged accordingly. 3. Security of Belongings Always lock the unit when leaving. Management will not be held liable for any lost, stolen, or misplaced items. 4. Lost Key Policy A fee of ₱1,000 will be charged for any lost or unreturned key. 5. Cooking Restrictions Only light cooking is allowed. Cooking of seafood or any strong-smelling food is strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in penalties once confirmed. 6. NO SMOKING POLICY Smoking inside the unit is strictly prohibited. A ₱1,500 fine will be imposed per violation. 7. Balcony Safety & Trash Disposal Throwing any items from the balcony (including bottles, cigarette butts, or any waste) is strictly prohibited. This is a serious safety violation. A ₱1,500 fine will be imposed for the first offense, in addition to penalties under the condominium’s guidelines. 8. Noise & Disturbance Parties, gatherings, and loud music are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Any disturbance reported by neighbors or administration may result in penalties or eviction. 9. Communication Requirement Guests must coordinate with the host for any concerns, requests, or clarifications. Failure to communicate does not exempt guests from penalties or charges. 10. Right to Enforce Management reserves the right to enforce all rules strictly. Non-compliance may result in fines, termination of stay, and eviction without refund. Guest access Sky Lounge is located at the Tower 3. It is open for viewing every Fridays to Sundays from 8:00am-6:00pm. It is a place where you can enjoy 360 degrees view of Tagaytay, Manila Skyline, and Taal Lake/Volcano, Batangas, and sorrounding areas. Other things to note Please note that this is a privately owned condominium unit, not a hotel. While we strive to provide a clean, comfortable, and well-equipped stay, expectations may differ from hotel standards in terms of services, staffing, and amenities. This is a self-service staycation—there is no front desk, daily housekeeping, or room service. However, the unit is thoughtfully prepared with essentials to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable experience. We encourage guests to review the full listing details, inclusions, and house rules prior to booking to ensure that the space aligns with your expectations.
