Our beautiful 17th century Breton farmhouse is naturally integrated into the environment with its local granite shale stones. The space In the countryside of Armorican, in our pretty 17th century farmhouse, our " Pointe du Grouin " cottage, classified 3 stars in the furnished tourist category, can accommodate 4 people, thanks to its double bedroom and its sofa bed on the ground floor. The room is equipped with good bedding and high quality " LINVOSGES " bed and bath linen. For your comfort, your beds are made upon arrival and towels /pool linen available in your room. You have 2 private North and South terraces with furniture and your own barbecue area, access to the heated and secure pool (10 x 5m) shared with other gites and guest rooms and the Domaine's playground. - Upstairs : A bright bedroom is equipped with a comfortable bed 1.60 m X 2 m and a bathroom / toilet. - On the ground floor : Fully equipped kitchen (stove, small fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer), dining room table, living room with 2-person sofa bed (good quality mattress). Free secure WiFi Flat-screen TV The various games , darts, petanque balls, ping-pong snowshoes, badminton ,balloons, trampoline and other games are available to guests. Small garden tables and benches are spread out throughout the Estate to rest and contemplate the lush nature. For your leftovers, our 8 chickens will be delighted to consume them. The pool is open in season from May 1st to September 30th from 10am to 8pm Charcoal for the barbecue is not provided. Other things to note Charcoal for BBQ is not provided.
