An apartment in the city center, a five-minute walk from the central Kirova street. A new brick house, a gated area, parking. A grocery store in the building, convenient transport interchange. There are all utensils, appliances, Wi-Fi. We provide disposable sets of hotel toiletries (slippers, soap, shampoo and gel). Hotel-type accounting documents (BSO+check). A maid cleans after each guest. Bed linen and a set of terry towels are always clean and ironed. Other things to note The apartment is rented exclusively for persons over 23 years of age! It is not designed for noisy parties and festive events.
