Just minutes away from Parc de la Ciutadella, Plaza Cataluña, and the charming Gothic Quarter, where you can enjoy the vibrant life of Barcelona. And the best part is that the beach is very close to this building. Perfect for Companies and Groups Our apartment is ideal for large groups or businesses needing accommodation in Barcelona. The building has several floors and can accommodate up to 48 people. Perfect for work teams, families, or groups! We also offer other similar apartments in the same building, allowing groups to enjoy their privacy while staying close to each other. Important Information Before Booking: Payment: 30% deposit at booking (We do not accept American Express). The remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer before arrival or in cash at check-in. Deposit: A deposit will be charged via credit/debit card at check-in, refunded within 7–14 days after check-out. Check-in: From 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM (A 50 EUR fee applies for late check-ins). No smoking policy: Smoking is prohibited; a fine of 400 EUR will be applied if violated. No parties or events: If we receive complaints or the police intervene, a fine of 400 EUR will be imposed.
