The furnishings of the individual apartments may vary slightly. The space The 3-room apartment has a total area of 90.71 sqm and is equipped with everything you need to live. This includes a full kitchen, as well as pots, pans, cutlery, dishes and free Wi-Fi. The apartment, custom-furnished by the carpenter, is a true space miracle. A modern lighting concept and large windows bring light and atmosphere into the apartment. The living area is equipped with a cozy sofa and flat-screen TV, adjoins the kitchenette and offers a separate dining area for two to four people. Due to the particularly good sound insulation of the windows, the sounds of the city remain outside. Two separate bedrooms with large double beds offer enough space to accommodate 4 guests. The pull-out sofa bed in the living room sleeps 2 more people. Your bathroom has a jacuzzi bathtub, two sinks, toilet, hair dryer, cosmetic mirror, soap and shampoo. The guest bathroom has a shower, toilet as well as a washing machine and dryer. In the large loggia you can enjoy the view of Regensburg. On the ground floor there is a restaurant with wonderful views of the Danube. The restaurant can be visited by any guest. Other things to note *Note on the electricity flat rate: The electricity costs in the amount of the average consumption according to the Federal Statistical Office are already included in the price (236 kWh). Additional electricity consumption is billed at €0.40 per additional kWh. An underground parking space can be booked for a fee of €110.00 per month!
