Baja Sardinia- House on the sea with private pier

Apartment on the sea, in a typical house (fully restored Gallurese station),very quiet, a few minutes from Baja Sardinia,(3.5 KM), 08 km. from Porto Cervo, in the center of the Gulf of Arzachena (in front of Cannigione) .We have a private pier, about 150 m from the house, suitable for mooring small boats(dinghies and (URL HIDDEN) house is located in a reserved but, at the same time, very strategic position, in the center of the tourist area "Costa Smeralda". Guest access My guests will be able to park the car (one or more) right in front of my home in the area I own. the sea is just below the house (on one side, reachable from the back of the house through an area of relevance of my house, there are beautiful rocky coves, about 70 meters from the house, in front of the tourist port of Cannigione). On the main side of the house , the sea can be reached by a short path, as well as the dock for the mooring , which is available to guests .
