Located in Massarella, in the heart of Tuscany, "Casolare Gli olivi di Dino" is a recently renovated holiday home surrounded by olive trees. Surrounded by greenery, it enjoys a lot of tranquility, and is ideal for walks and bike rides within the adjacent wildlife area of the Padule di Fucecchio. The space The property has a private entrance and overlooks a private garden, equipped with an umbrella, sun loungers and a barbecue, where you can spend pleasant moments relaxing outdoors. The apartment of over 100 square meters is spread across two floors. On the ground floor there is a new fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, stove, dishes, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine) and a large room with a very comfortable standard double sofa bed and a dedicated bathroom. On the first floor, there are 2 more double bedrooms and a bathroom. It is also equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Bed linens and bath linens are provided. A crib, a camping bed and two high chairs are also available. There is also an accommodation tax of 1 euro per person per day, which must be paid in cash upon arrival at the property. There are 2 parking spaces available on the property. Pets are not allowed. Guest access The apartment is rented entirely and available to guests, with both a parking space for two cars (in front of the entrance) and a large portion of the large garden adjacent to the house. Other things to note This house has belonged to my family for 3 generations and it is thanks to my father Dino's passion for oil that more than 30 years ago his olive grove was born, made up of more than 120 plants that surround the house and that we take care of every year to produce oil for the whole family.
