A cozy cottage with its own pond, close to the river

For lovers and connoisseurs of outdoor recreation in seclusion, we offer an estate in an ecologically clean and very beautiful place. The property is located 200 km from Moscow (2 hours) along the high-speed Novorizhskoye highway in the interfluve between the Osuga and Vazusa rivers, on the territory of a hunting farm in the protected area of the Vazusa reservoir. Surrounded by a forest, a large 2-hectare plot with a cozy log house, a pond with a beach area and a barbecue area. There are two terraces overlooking the garden and pond. The space The house can comfortably accommodate 6-8 adults at the same time. Up to 12 people can stay with children. There are 3 bedrooms with double beds and two comfortable sofa beds in the recreation room and living room. If necessary, 2 comfortable folding beds will be additionally provided for children in the bedrooms. The house is fully equipped with household appliances: gas stove, fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, TV, karaoke, washing machine. The necessary utensils for your stay are available. In winter, on the territory of the estate, under suitable weather (temperature) conditions and if you wish, you can skate and play hockey on the pond. (Bring your skates and sticks with you!).
