This spacious room (Queen size bed & memory foam mattress) on the 3rd floor of our SOLAR POWERED home in Powelton village. This room is ideal for future doctors who takes step2CS exam or Residency interview at Presbyterian, CHOP, HUP, etc ... This room can accommodate 2 persons. The common areas (shared bathrooms, and basement kitchen ) will be shared with other guests. Reservations at our house are preferentially given to our medical/professional guests who need either a quiet environment to study for their board exams or to relax and prepare for the interviews. Instruction on how to gain access to the house and the bedroom will be visible on the Airbnb app on the day of your check-in. Guest can have as much or as little interactions with us as they prefer. We live in this house as well so if there is any thing that we can provide to make your stay more enjoyable, please let us know Very quiet and SAFE neighborhood in Powelton village. There is a 24/7 security camera actively monitor by Drexel University across the street. UCD police also patrol surrounding area. They can provide FREE escort service if requested. 36th&Market subway station (MFL line) connecting West Philly and Center city is located a few blocks away. It take approximately 7 min from our house to the subway. Alternatively, there is a trolley station for trolley #10 @ Lancaster Av & 36th St located 5 min walk away from our house. 1./ STRICTLY A SMOKE FREE HOME. Please do NOT smoke within 25 feet of the main entrance (including e-cigarette, chewing tobacco , weeds, vaping ...) 2./ We don't wear shoes in the house. REMOVE YOUR SHOES at the entrance, you can leave the SHOES on the SHOES RACK. 3./ NO OUTSIDE VISITORS allowed (only the people on the reservation may enter the house) . 4./ To provide us and our guests with peace of mind, we hereby disclose the use of CAMERAS in house. These MOTION detection cameras helps prevent unauthorized access, deter house parties, and prevent fire/water damages due to unattended kitchen uses. 5./ Guests may pay a nominal fee of $5 / hour to check in early or check out late.
