The house has garnered five awards in various architecture and design competitions. This single-family home accommodates up to 6 guests and includes: An Open Living Room: Features a large sofa, double sofa, armchair, TV, fireplace, library, table games, and a portable speaker for indoor or BBQ area use. Work and Relax Corner: Equipped with a double sofa bed for added comfort. Kitchen: Includes a dining area and all necessary appliances. Three Private Bedrooms. Each one has a queen-size bed for a restful sleep. Four Bathrooms with Toilets: - One bathroom with a shower and toilet, serving the ground floor bedroom and common areas (living room and kitchen). - Two bathrooms with bathtubs and toilets serve the two bedrooms on the second floor, one of which is an en suite. - One bathroom with a shower and a toilet, located in the basement, ideal for post-sauna use. Sauna: Accommodates up to 6 people for a relaxing experience. Cozy Cellar - Basement: Enjoy a drink by the stylish wood stove while seated in comfortable armchairs. Laundry Facilities: Washing machine, iron, and ironing board.
