Beautiful home in a quiet & safe neighborhood. Gateway to Sand Dunes, Jackson Hole, Yellowstone National Park, Grand Teton & Grand Targhee Ski Resort. Our home is just off Highway 20 & close to Hwy 33 (road leading in to Rexburg). We are just 4 miles from BYUI, within two miles of Walmart & plenty of eating establishments! The space This is a perfect place for a family! The kitchen is large and has a dishwasher. It’s also fully stocked with cooking supplies & dinnerware and disposal. There is plenty of seating available around the dining room table and the island. Family room has a smart tv with Netflix available. There are 2 queen sofa sleepers with memory foam mattresses as well as a queen air mattress upon request. Basement typically stays nice and cool in the summer (no air conditioning) and warm in the winter with a beautiful gas fireplace with remote. You control the fireplace. There is one bedroom right off the family room with a queen bed and closet space. The bathroom can be accessed right off the kitchen or from the bedroom. There are plenty of towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and soap and a blow dryer! I also have an iron and ironing board that I float between my 3 units so please ask if you need it and I’ll provide that. Feel free to check out our other 2 listings! Guest access You will access the family room by going around the back of the house down in to a walkout basement where there are 3 separate units for rent. The family room unit is in the middle to the left of the 3 big windows. Keypad is on the door. There is a picnic table & chairs available for use but this is a shared space so please be considerate of others. Other things to note I’m always available through text or a phone call and will do my best to respond to your message quickly. Please note that we have 3 adjacent units in our basement so please be considerate of your noise level, especially during quiet hours. (10 pm- 7 am)
