efd-sh is a quiet and cozy neighborhood in the small village Schretstaken. Located in the south-eastern Schleswig-Holstein - in the middle of the Duchy of Lauenburg - in the city triangle of Hamburg (45 km), Lübeck (50 km) and Schwerin (70 km). Direct connection to the A24 motorway (approx. 4 km). Great excursion destinations, cycling, hiking and equestrian routes. Pets are very welcome - sitting is also possible! The space The apartment measures approx. 65 square meters: hallway, full bathroom, bedroom (2 beds 90 × 200 variable + small child travel bed) and combined living room with fully equipped kitchen, dining area for 4 people, stacking bed (2 single beds 80 × 200) and 2 sofa beds (without bed linen and inlets!). Satellite TV is available in the living room and bedroom. Furthermore, 2 large terraces (1x covered, 1x with awning), the garden and, by arrangement, the outdoor pool can be used seasonally. If your desired arrival or departure day is not available, please contact us and we will decide individually on a possible booking. - We have a dog and various cats who like to try to get into the apartment. However, for reasons of hygiene, this is not desirable! - Due to many requests from dog owners: The property is fenced, but on 2 sides only with a wildlife fence (mesh size 10 x 15 cm to 10 x 20 cm) - When arriving with children, the hazards of the outdoor pool (1.50 m deep) and mini pond (1.20 m deep) must be observed. Parents are liable for their children!
