An island without traffic in a quiet environment. The apartment has a beautiful sea view, and the beautiful sandy beach is 300 m away. New and modernly decorated building with a private terrace and a completely separate entrance. We don't accept pets. The space New and modern apartment, 2021 is the first year of renting. The kitchen is fully equipped: microwave, kettle, dishwasher, salt and sugar, dishes, kitchen towels, dish soap, refrigerator with a freezer, garbage bags... The entrance to the terrace and the apartment is separate. On the terrace there is a set of seats, sun protection and a clothes dryer with clips. The staircase is illuminated. The windows have mosquito nets and sun protection. Towels and bed linen are included in the price. There is a possibility of using a crib if needed.
