My place is in the Forward Replay Residence, a community with the best facilities on the island. There is a 180m common swimming pool with children pool together, gym, sauna, yoga room, basketball court, tennis court. Across the road from the community is Bangrak Beach, which is not good for swim, but good for Kayaking, there is a small shallow white sandy beach in the middle of the sea if you can kayak there (Depending on season). The space ***Pool Closure Notice (1-25 Jun, 2026)*** The swimming pool in front of our balcony will be closed for renovation during this period. Guests can use the other pools instead. We want to maintain the serene environment for everyone. 🎨 Full Moon Guests 🎨 If you are visiting during Full Moon, enjoy the fun! It's a legendary event here. However, please be mindful of the luminous body paint used for the parties. It stains everything, so make sure you wash all paint off before touching towels, bedding, or any fabric in the house. Any damage from paint will need to be charged to replace the affected items. 🚬 Smoking 🚬 Feel free to smoke, but strictly outside in designated spaces. We've provided ashtrays, so please help keep the property, balcony, gardens and house cigarette-butt free. 🚪Shoes Off Please 🚪 Please take of your shoes when entering the house. We provide house shoes that are cleaned thoroughly after each guest stay. Island Life Note: As Koh Samui is a tropical island, occasional short power interruptions may occur due to weather or maintenance by the government electricity authority. These are usually resolved quickly and are part of normal island infrastructure. Such interruptions are managed by the local electricity provider and are outside the host’s control. No refunds can be issued for temporary utility interruptions (electricity, internet, water) that are outside the host’s control. We always will try our best to keep you as updated as possible.
