The house is located in the fenced, guarded Sosnovy Bor area. There is 1 tennis court and a small swimming pool on the premises. The house has two floors. 2 bathrooms with boilers and showers. Decorative stove/fireplace (firewood provided). Maximum accommodation 8 adults +2 children (on the sofa). The house has a parking space for 2 cars. If you really want to, 3 cars. There is a small open veranda and 12 acres of private territory. The beach is 600 meters away along a paved road. Guest access The entire house. Everything you need for everyday life is in the house. Other things to note House in a closed area. At some distance from *very active* tourists. At the moment, the beaches at the resort are closed. But there is an open beach on the estuary 5 minutes away from the house.
