The house is located in a fenced, protected area "Sosnovy Bor". There is 1 tennis court and a small swimming pool on the property. The house is two floors. 2 bathrooms with boilers and showers. Decorative stove/fireplace (firewood provided) Maximum occupancy of 8 adults +2 children (on couch). The house has a parking spot for 2 cars. If you want, there are 3 cars. There is a small open veranda and 12 acres of private outdoor space. To the beach 600 meters along a paved road. Guest access The entire house There is everything you need, for everyday life, in the house. Other things to note The house is in a closed area. Some distance from *heavily vacationing* tourists. At the moment, the beaches at the resort are closed. But there is an open beach on the estuary 5 minutes from the house.
