House 3 bdr, mountainview & 2min walk to the beach

3 bedrooms (1x160cm, 2x80cm (can be extended to 160cm), large living room with a view over the fjord and a veranda with barbecue and seating area. Build in 2013. Newly renovated kitchen and livingroom. 5 minute walk to the beach with spectacular views. Hiking area in 2 minutes distance and 5 minute drive into Sogndal city. 20 minute drive to the mountains in Sogndalsdalen or Kaupanger. In the heart of the fjords of Norway with lots of tourist attractions and beautiful nature around. The space If you are coming to Sogndal for your holiday, this is the place to stay! The house has a nice view over the fjord and is close to the nature itself. It has 3 bedrooms, spacious livingroom/kitchen/dining room with a veranda. There are so many things to see and do in the area, that you could easily stay a week and enjoy yourself. The house is perfect for families as our kids are 8 and 11 years old. 3 bedrooms with a double bed in each room. We have a neighborhood swing sett and soccer field that is available to everyone. 2 parking spots, one in the carport and one beside the house, on (the property). Zaptec charger in the carport. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house. Upper floor: Kitchen, dining room with seating for 6, large livingroom with access to a veranda with a view over the fjord and mountains. Downstairs: entrance and hallway, 3 bedrooms, one bathroom, laundry room with washer and dryer. 2 bedrooms has a singelbed that turns into doublebed. 1 has a 160cm bed. Outside: Carport with a car charger, second parking on the side of the house and a small garden. Other things to note It is a nice and quiet neighborhood and the house is perfect for families with kids since we have 2 girls, 9 and 12 years old. There is a swingset, sandbox and a fotballfield 50 m down the road. There is an amazing playground with lots of different activities, ex zipline, 3 min walk from our house. There is also a kindergarden 7 min walk from our house. Closing at 16.15, and you can take your kids here after this time of day. The beach and hiking area is a few just minutes away!
