Welcome to Chalet Blumenrain and your own 3.5-room apartment in our two-family house in the Lucerne (Seetal) region! A magnificent view of the Alps, plenty of space, peace, and relaxation await you. Upon request and for an additional fee (ask for details), a hottub (wellness experience) in the hosts' garden can be booked additionally. The accommodation is a paradise for families with children/babies, but also ideal for a getaway with friends or as a workation place for business travelers. The space The spacious apartment on the raised ground floor of our chalet house was newly renovated and furnished in 2023. The approximately 100m² accommodation features a large master bedroom with plenty of storage space in built-in wardrobes, as well as a second bedroom equipped with a double sofa bed (145x195 cm), a single bedchair (100x190 cm), and a work desk with a computer monitor. A highlight of the apartment is the open-plan, fully equipped kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances and a comfortable dining area with panoramic views of the Alps. The spacious, naturally lit bathroom boasts a large shower, a bathtub and a double vanity. Relaxing moments (including sunsets) are guaranteed in the sun-drenched living room (air-conditioned in summer!) and on the adjoining terrace with garden furniture. Guest access Upon request and with advance notice, guests may book for an additional fee a bathing experience in the wood fired hotpot of the owners family. The large children's playground (climbing tower with slide and swings) on the hosts property can be used at own risk and the vegetable garden invites you to harvest depending on the season. A classic BBQ smoker or outdoor grill station is available and can be booked with a pitmaster if required and desired. Other things to note The apartment is about 12 minutes (900m) walk from public transport (Ballwil train station). The entrance to the house is only accessible via stairs and is therefore not or only partially suitable for people with walking difficulties. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house and pets are generally not allowed. The laundry room with washing machine and dryer can be used after consulting the owner's family.
