Kettering sits in the middle of the Midlands and is ideal for local businesses or tourist. Locally you are near to the Kettering hospitals, museum (local history), art gallery, Kettering conference centre which includes sports centre and theatre. A short drive you'll find a 8 screen cinema and restaurants. For pleasure you have the Kettering bowling alley within a 10 min walk also local retail parks and eateries can be found near by. Boughton House (stately home) which host events throughout the year, Wicksteed park (first UK theme park), Rockingham castle and speedway are nearby. Stamford, Uppingham and Rutland waters are a short drive away. A fantastic base for tourists whether it be Stratford on Avon - Shakespeare country, walking holidays or City shopping. Your stay will be in a comfortable and homely double bedroom with your own private full bathroom with a power shower which is just across the hallway. Your room will also have a 43” flat screen Smart TV and Alexa to listen to your music or just a simple alarm call to wake you in the morning. You'll find a kettle with all you need make yourself a good cup of tea, coffee or hot chocolate in the room. Our home is clean, tidy and well looked after. Please note that shoes are not allowed upstairs. Numerous shops and take aways are within easy walking distance and the town centre is around 10 minute walk. Guest access Front door key can be supplied if needed. Parking is ample with off road space available. Kitchen with informal dining area and TV and radio. Lounge with TV and Sky. Wifi access available. Breakfast consists of tea, coffee, juice, cereals, toast, yoghurts, fresh fruit, morning pastries.
