The interior is a bright, open-plan space, cleverly divided to provide both intimacy and conviviality. The Living & Dining area features terracotta floors and white Mediterranean-style furnishings, perfect for relaxed dinners after a day at the beach. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for those who love to enjoy the home to the fullest. The sleeping area features a comfortable queen-size bed surrounded by the soft lines of the walls and the warmth of the ceiling with exposed beams. A small staircase leads to a charming loft, a cozy corner with fun, colorful poufs, perfect for reading or for a little extra rest. The bathroom has been thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail, from the bowl-shaped sinks reminiscent of antique forms to the illuminated alcove that adds a touch of magic. The beating heart of the space is the stunning hexagonal tile pattern, which rises from the floor into the shower like a natural mosaic in earth and sand tones. Sa Pedra is nestled in a lush garden, where the green of the Mediterranean scrub alternates with stone walls and an abundance of flowers. The property’s façade, almost entirely covered with American ivy, blends into the surrounding nature, providing coolness and complete privacy. Despite its rustic and artistic charm, the apartment offers all modern amenities (from Wi-Fi to air conditioning, from Netflix to Chromecast, from a safe to a voice assistant). Private covered parking: An exclusive service that ensures safety and convenience. Beach: For a stress-free stay, an umbrella and two beach towels will be provided free of charge. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment and will have access to the closets, drawers and spaces of the house. Only a small closet located in the mezzanine is reserved for the host's services. Other things to note We remind you to read carefully the rules of Sa Pedra that you find in the apartment. We are particularly committed to respecting the separate collection of waste. Inside the residence there is a collection point for plastic, paper, glass and aluminum only. Wet and dry residue must absolutely be left outside the residence respecting the days reported on the calendar that you must request upon your arrival. We're very strict about this.
