Small farm with rural and very quiet surroundings. The place is fully furnished in 50s style, but has everything you need of modern aids such as dishwasher, large fridge, freezer, microwave. There is also an electric car charger on the farm. Upon request we can also offer fishing trips on the lake, fishing in freshwater and guiding in the mountain areas. We can also offer cider tasting, wine courses and a pop-up restaurant on the small farm. The space Solbu is a small farm from the 1930s with a large apple garden. We produce apple must, apple cider and other drinks based on local ingredients. There are 1700 apple trees, 20 aronia bushes and 100 wine plants planted here for the time being. Solbu is located close to the lake in very quiet surroundings, here you can sit in the kitchen and watch deer and roe deer, fish in the lake or take a mountain trip to beautiful Storfonna. Perfect place for families with children, with opportunities for small discovery trips in the forest nearby, swimming in the lake and picking apples in the apple orchard. In Rennsjøen, 10 minutes away, you can buy a fishing license and fish trout and Arctic char. Possibility for great mountain hikes in the area. Guest access Easy to park for several cars, just outside the house. Other things to note Solbu is located only a few hundred meters from the lake. You can glimpse the fjord from the house, but we have kept the forest between the farm and the lake to preserve the warm microclimate here and shield against wind. There is a forest road from one field and down to the lake, about 2-3 minutes to walk.
