A cozy two-room apartment with a second light and a mezzanine floor in the Chalet style in a good central area of the city in a new building in a quiet courtyard with all the necessary amenities. There is a good Wi-Fi, a place to work on a laptop. There is no TV or microwave on purpose. We have a cool attic on the 6th floor, but no elevator. The space Our unusual accommodation is located in the city center, within a walking distance from the central park, boulevard and embankment; there are many shops, pharmacies, cafes and shopping centers around. The Republican Hospital and other medical facilities are also within a five-minute walk. Very close to the Mari State University campus. Nearby is the intersection of the two main arteries of the city, which increases the transport accessibility of the property. But on the other hand, our house is in the courtyards, a little away from the road, so the noise of cars will not disturb your sleep. There is a children's playground and sports ground in the courtyard, as well as free parking, where there are usually always free spaces. Guest access The apartment has everything you need for living and relaxing, including various little things that are usually not found in hotels or guest apartments. Fridge, stove, oven - everything is available, of course. And instead of a TV, we have a lot of books and board games. The apartment is designed with eco-friendly materials: wood, marble. There is a real fireplace, but it is not working at the moment. Large windows let in a lot of light, see the photo. An important part of our facility is the mezzanine floor and the second light! The neighbors in the entrance are very intelligent! Other things to note My family and I travel a lot and know exactly what guests really need for a comfortable stay. We do climbing, yoga, hiking and skiing.
