Beautiful cottage below the Wasserkuppe

Beautiful idyllic vacation home on 3000 sqm of land Lots of hiking and biking trails offer all kinds of possibilities. In addition, there are a number of downhill ski slopes and cross-country ski trails available in winter. By car, the popular excursion destinations Wasserkuppe and Milseburg can be reached in approx. 10 minutes. At 950 m, the Wasserkuppe is the highest mountain in Hesse and offers a wide range of leisure activities for the whole family (skiing, sailing and paragliding, summer toboggan run, climbing forest, etc.). The space The house is 70 square meters and has two bedrooms that have no radiators, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, steam sauna, 1 dining room and 1 living room! The heating is controlled by electricity and is underfloor heating! There is a fireplace that can be used at your own risk and please leave it clean! A large sun terrace with glazed veranda also allows winter grilling! The bathroom has a steam shower and must be steamed out after use with the door open, and the bathtub unfortunately has a flaw in the glass pane that cannot be repaired! It can be used, but it may drip a little! It has no whirlpool function! The kitchen is fully equipped! Dishwasher - Nespresso capsule machine - capsules must be brought along! etc. It is a self-catering kitchen, so no baking paper or the like is available! A gas grill is on the veranda and invites you to feast! Please also leave it clean after use! We are immersed in nature and we want to preserve it! There are sheep and goats in the neighborhood, which of course also make sounds :-) and also ants on the property which we do not chemically control in summer! Please do not leave food outside as it also attracts the animals and mice! Even birds that sometimes get lost in the conservatory but always find their way out again! We write this here because we are always amazed that people want to live in nature but, for example, do not like to hear sheep bleating :-) we cannot and do not want to change this! Because that's what makes our house special ;-) Guest access The whole house is to be managed by the guests themselves The terrace is not secured for toddlers! On one side it is sloping and not secured! Otherwise, the whole property is fenced. Other things to note There is a code for the entrance door on the day of arrival so that the arrival does not require a fixed date (time)
