Our charming and comfortable family home is located in an authentic rural village on a small river, surrounded by beautiful nature. The perfect place to cook with friends and family, go on long walks, and enjoy peace and space. Relax by the crackling fireplace, enjoy a drink on the sunny terrace, or sit at the table in the cozy kitchen late into the evening. Here, it's all about being together, relaxing, and really making time for each other. The space The house dates from 1877, has a classic look and was completely renovated in 1995 while preserving the rustic details and adapted to the requirements of this time. It sleeps 12 people and has good and sufficient sanitary facilities. There is a spacious living room, and the cozy kitchen invites you to linger after dinner, both rooms have a cozy wood-burning stove. A large terrace facing south; it is pleasant to stay there and gives a beautiful view of the higher romantic church of Lavincourt. The garden is spacious, there are some trees so you can also sit in the shade if you wish. In addition, there is also a shaded terrace under the sun terrace. The place to cook with friends and family, take long walks, have a drink by the crackling fireplace, enjoy the spacious sunny terrace and linger in the cozy kitchen. Guest access There is WiFi that you can use for free. On the television, you can watch Dutch channels via your own provider via the Google Chrome cast. The house is equipped with central heating and two cozy wood stoves. There are two bathrooms, two separate toilets, four bedrooms and a spacious loft. Other things to note The prices are per indicated period for the house including 4 people and including energy costs, WiFi and firewood. For each additional person, there is a surcharge of 7 euros per person per night. The cost for the mandatory final cleaning is €120.00. The amount of the deposit is €150.00. Kitchen linen is included in the rental price. You need to bring your own towels. As of January 1, 2025, we are required to pay tourist tax. We will collect this tax from you through the Resolution Center.
