Inspired by the region and nature, it has been furnished with high quality materials and creates an atmosphere of tranquility and relaxation. It is located right at the entrance to the village of Flims – deliberately a bit outside the center, in a quiet location, and with excellent transport connections. Must Dos: • Light-filled dining/living room with sofa bed – perfect for relaxing after an active day. • High-quality, modern furniture and first-class amenities that leave nothing to be desired. • Comfortable king-size bed with hotel-quality bedding and high-quality mattresses with different firmness levels (H2 and H3). You choose what works for you. • High-speed Wi-Fi & 55" smart TV with streaming options • Fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, milk frother, SodaStream, kettle, fondue caquelon, raclette oven, and many other amenities. • Ensuite bathroom with rain shower, vanity with hairdryer, and ample storage space for personal belongings. • Hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner – consciously natural, cruelty-free, and free from harmful ingredients. • Comfortable hand/bath towels. For adults, one bathrobe each for added comfort. • Ski/bike storage room on the ground floor • Washing machine and dryer (coin-operated) in the ski room – ideal for longer stays or after an active day in the mountains. • Lockable garage space: A garage space is available for your car or other equipment (dimensions: height: 185 cm / width: 229 cm / length: 510 cm). In addition, you can also use the outdoor parking space for free. Guest access Our apartment is fully at your disposal during your stay. You will have the entire apartment to yourself so you can relax in peace and enjoy your vacation. Access via a key safe: After you register online, you will receive a personal code to check in and out flexibly at any time. Shared spaces: Shared areas include the ski cellar on the ground floor and the laundry room, which you can use during your stay. Other things to note Late check out: A later check-out is possible subject to availability, please inform us in time if you would like to use this. Cleaning during Stay: On request and for an extra charge, an intermediate cleaning can be arranged during your stay. House rules: Our apartment is not suitable for parties or young adults. It is especially aimed at adults, couples and small families looking for a calm and relaxed atmosphere. For safety reasons, the fireplace will remain out of service – however, candles will still create a warm, cozy atmosphere. Pets: Pets are welcome upon request.
