New, adjoining studio for 2 people with separate entrance and private terrace. Lovely views over the garrigue and hills. Situated 15 minutes from Montpellier (hospitals/universities), 30 minutes from the beaches and the Hérault gorges, it is also ideal for hiking in the area (marked trails). The village center, accessible on foot or by car, also offers all amenities: shops, medical facilities, golf course, cinema, restaurants, local produce market. The space The studio includes: - a fully equipped modern kitchen with a microwave, oven, induction hob, refrigerator and espresso coffee machine, - a dining area with a table and two chairs, - a sleeping / living area with a double bed and storage cupboards, - a shower room with a shower and a washing machine, - a separate toilet. The accommodation is equipped with reversible air conditioning (heating and cooling). Beds are made on arrival, towels are provided, and end-of-stay cleaning is included. You will also enjoy a private, furnished terrace, with an outdoor dining area and a solar shower. We will be happy to welcome you in person upon your arrival. A key box is also available, allowing for self check-in if needed. Guest access The accommodation is accessible by stairs and is not suitable for wheelchair users. Other things to note For wine lovers, Le Chemin des Rêves winery is just a 5-minute walk away, and there's a cooperative cellar in the village center. If you're a keen cyclist, we can suggest suitable routes to discover the region. Electric vehicles can be recharged on site (invoiced according to consumption).
