Spacious, ground floor, easily accessible, two-bedroom apartment located in central Rožnov pod Radhoštěm. 5 minutes from a local shop, 10 minutes walk from the town center, train and bus station and its famous open air Wallachian museum and wonderful park. Rožnov offers versatile sports and outdoor activities, in both the summer and winter. The area offers swimming pools, wonderful cycling trails, hiking, skiing, ice skating and other attractions, many accessible on foot so no need for a car. This spacious 3+1 apartment (62 m²) is located in the centre of Rožnov pod Radhoštěm and is ideal for families with children, couples, and groups of friends. The apartment is situated on the ground floor, is wheelchair accessible, and offers easy access. It provides a clean, cosy, and practical environment where you will feel right at home. The apartment includes high-quality beds with comfortable mattresses, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a washing machine, a comfortable sofa for relaxing, high-speed Wi-Fi, a television, towels, and bed linen. Families with children will appreciate the baby cot (available on request), toys, books, and sports equipment for children. Two separate bedrooms provide plenty of privacy. The first bedroom features an extra-long double bed. The second bedroom offers a double bed and a bunk bed suitable for both an adult and a child. An additional guest can comfortably sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. The apartment can therefore accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably. Guests can use free parking directly at the house. Cyclists and skiers can take advantage of secure storage for bicycles and skis. Arrival is easy thanks to the self check-in option, allowing you to check in conveniently even if you arrive later. The nearest shop is only a 5-minute walk away. The town centre, train and bus stations, the Wallachian Open-Air Museum, and the town park are all within a 10–15 minute walk. The apartment is not just accommodation for guests – we regularly use it ourselves with our children. Guest access Access to the apartment The accessible apartment is located on the ground floor, making it easily accessible for guests with reduced mobility as well as families with a stroller. Free parking is available directly at the house. Thanks to the self check-in option, arrival is simple and flexible – you can check in at a time that suits you, including later arrivals. Other things to note Please respect our accommodation rules – the apartment is strictly non-smoking and pets are not allowed. Free parking is available around the house, with plenty of parking spaces nearby. The city accommodation fee is 50 CZK per person per night. This fee, as well as the cleaning fee, is already included in the accommodation price. According to legal requirements, every guest must provide personal details before arrival for our accommodation register. As we will not meet in person, I will ask you to complete these details via Airbnb before your arrival. We must receive the information no later than 48 hours before check-in. We apologise, but without these details we will unfortunately not be able to accommodate you, and it will not be possible to refund the paid accommodation fee.
