With us you can expect a fully equipped apartment, with approx. 95 square meters of living space on the 2nd floor. Our house is very quietly located on the outskirts of Krumbach with a view of the countryside. On days with suitable weather, you can see the mountain range of the Alps. The space GENERAL — Our apartment is suitable for families with children of all ages, as well as for couples who like to spend quiet hours individually in beautiful surroundings. Cyclists and motorcyclists are also welcome here. The apartment is located in a quiet side street. Parking is available right in front of the house on the street. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment there is an outdoor swimming pool that is open during the summer months and is a real hit, especially for children. Those who like it more cozy or want to treat themselves to some wellness will get their money's worth in the nearby "Heilbad Krumbad," one of the oldest spas here in the Swabia region. Our apartment offers the ideal retreat to relax and unwind or to accompany a spa treatment. THE APARTMENT — The apartment is suitable for 4 people. An additional person can use the sleeping niche (with a 90 x 190 cm mattress) in the cozy niche in the living room. / Kitchen / is open plan, with dining table for cozy meals and balcony to the west side. / Two bedrooms / Bedroom with double bed 160 × 200 cm & bedroom with two single beds each 90 × 200 cm, on request also a large, cozy double bed (without gap in the middle). Guest access The whole apartment is at the guests' disposal for exclusive use. Access is via the staircase. Other things to note The apartment is not wheelchair accessible as it is located on the 2nd floor. Two very cuddly cats live in our house.
