Nicely finished accommodation with 4 bedrooms: 2 suites, 1 bedroom, 1 large room with sofa bed, games room with 8ft pool table, large garden, barbecue and private swimming pool. All to the backdrop of the Atlantic Jungle with panoramic views. This house has a fully equipped Loft above it with private entrance, which can be rented exclusively by the guests of the main house to accommodate larger groups (available above 6 guests- adults) The space Three floor house: Ground floor: 2 suites w/bathrooms, 1/2 bathroom, gourmet kitchen, dining and double aspect lounge. Lower ground floor: 1 bedroom/office, 1 large lounge/games room with pool table (double sofa-bed) and 1 large bathroom. Top floor: loft with separate entrance with terrace and ( second) complete kitchen. Available at the booking after 6 guest (adults). Garden: varanda, swimming pool, garden and barbecue area. Others: parking space and laundry (sharing) We can put extra mattresses in the room for children if necessary. Please note that to keep things fair, our basic charge includes 2 guests, after the initial 2 there is a daily charge of R$100 per guest/per night, infants under 2 go free.. Please ensure that you enter the correct number of guests while requesting to stay. Payments are made direct to Airbnb - not to us: Guest access The guest will have access to the entire 2 floor home. The ground floor including the 2 suites, 1/2 bathroom, kitchen, dining, lounge, varanda, swimming pool, garden and barbecue area.
