You can park a car in the courtyard or on the street (free space) On foot you can go to the bakery, tobacco/press, pharmacy, and the laundromat. Other things to note Flowers and vegetable gardens need to be watered frequently in case of high heat. After agreement with the tenant, the owner authorizes access to the garden in order to do maintenance
