Close to HWY 41 & Lloyd EXP / University of Evansville and I-69 No access to Garage. Yes, I can be there in a reasonable notice, I am free usually every evening. My cell phone and or BNB app is the best way to get a hold of me in an emergency or for any questions that they may have. Central Evansville. Located close to highway 41 and also Loyd expressway! Has foot traffic in academic season from students...there is a high school several blocks away from the property. All the neighbors are great and friendly but also are in close proximity, so please be considerate. 2 cars can fit in the drive way and 1 in front of house. Popular Transit service in the area include Lyft, Uber and a few local taxi companies. Couch does not pull out into a bed. Porch railing gives if you use, but is secure. 1st step on porch is fairly high, (per 1 guest feedback). Washer and dryer are located in the basement and is available for guests.
