Padua in a comfortable apartment for the city and Venice

Ideal for those arriving by car. It is located in Padua, near the Euganean Hills (10 km) and Venice (30 km), Vicenza (30 km), Verona (50 km), Florence (2h), Milan (2.5 h). It is in an excellent location for visiting Padua, on a street with little traffic, with an embankment and bike path to the city center. The bus stop is 50 meters away, the center is 5 km away. 30 meters away there is a laundry with a washing machine and dryer and a grocery store. Nearby there is a supermarket, a post office, a pharmacy, and a bank. 028060-LOC-01273 The space The apartment is a perfect home for a large family or multiple couples, even with children. It is recently renovated, well-kept and welcoming. Located on the ground floor, it has two bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed plus an additional single bed, the second bedroom has a double bed and another single bed. In the kitchen-living room, there is a comfortable sofa for one person and there is the possibility of using an additional bed as the room is large. A crib for small children is also available. There are two windowed bathrooms, with shower and services and a closet. The living room is well-kept and cozy and the kitchen is new. There is a garden in the front of the house and one in the back wing, but it is currently being renovated. You can park a car in the garden of the house, with the possibility of parking outside the house. All the necessary equipment is provided for sheets, pillowcases, blankets, towels and any change. If children are hosted, a wide range of toys is available. Warning: in our apartment, where we live upstairs, there are cats. They never go down to the apartment below where you will be staying, but please consider their presence nearby in case of strong cat allergies.
