Nestled in the peaceful village of Aleksandrovo, charming Garden Villa offers a relaxing countryside escape just short drive from Sunny Beach and the historic Old Town of Nessebar. The space The villa is ideally located 12 km from Sunny Beach, with the charming towns of Nessebar and Sveti Vlas also nearby — making it the perfect base for exploring Bulgaria’s beautiful Black Sea coast. For the best experience, we recommend hiring a car, although local taxis are available and there is also a bus stop within the village. We are happy to recommend trusted airport transfer and taxi services for both local and longer journeys. The villa offers comfortable accommodation for a relaxing summer holiday, with private outdoor space, a swimming pool, beautiful gardens, free Wi-Fi throughout the property, and secure off-street parking for guests. Fresh bed linen and towels are provided for your stay. While daily housekeeping and laundry changes are not included, guests have full use of the washing machine. We welcome families and groups of friends; however, the villa is located in a peaceful residential village, so we kindly ask guests to respect the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially after 22:00, in accordance with Bulgarian regulations. Parties and excessive noise are not permitted. Passport or ID copies are required for all guests as part of the check-in process. Check-in is available between 16:00 and 20:00. Earlier check-in may sometimes be possible depending on availability. Late check-in after 20:00 can also be arranged upon request (a small surcharge may apply). Check-out time is 11:00 to allow preparation for incoming guests.
