On about 63 m², you have plenty of space to relax with up to 2 adults and 2 children. Chic and modern, with lots of extras. Two bedrooms, each with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), wardrobe and flat-screen TV invite you to relax and sleep comfortably. The spacious living and dining room with access to the large balcony with awning and side sea views will also convince you. A flat-screen TV with DVD player as well as a CD player with radio provide the right entertainment. The well equipped kitchen offers every comfort: dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, etc. The large closet in the hallway offers plenty of space for your suitcases. The chic shower room with cosmetic mirror and hairdryer is great for the new day. Wifi is included. A car underground parking space (small car, clearance height 1.90 m) and an elevator are provided. If you arrive with a larger car, you will receive an additional parking card for a deposit. This allows you to use all parking spaces (without special marking) in Grömitz free of charge. In addition, there is a laundry room with coin-operated washing machines and dryers in the Grömitz Center. Depending on availability, you can store your bikes in the bike storage room.
