Quiet house at the end of a cul-de-sac bordered by the forest. It has private parking, the kitchen is fully equipped with a bay window overlooking the terrace. Large table in the kitchen that opens to the living room. Master bedroom on the ground floor with walk-in shower, separate toilet, 2 living rooms (one fireplace and one TV), 2 bedrooms upstairs with a double bed and 2 single beds. Each has its own bathroom + toilet for maximum comfort. Jacuzzi and trampoline The space The house has Christmas decorations between early December and mid-January as well as a beautiful Christmas tree in the living room. Entrance with hooks, separate toilet, ground floor bedroom with Italian shower, fully equipped kitchen, dining room table in the kitchen, living room with large fireplace (1st fire offered), small charcoal barbecue, living room with large TV connected to the wall, oak staircase, upstairs 2 attic bedrooms: one with 160 cm double bed with shower room + toilet, the other with 2 90 cm single beds that can be prepared as a double bed and bathroom (large 1.80 cm bathtub) + toilet. The hot tub works and is heated year-round. Baby cot and high chair, baby bath, toilet reducer, games and books for children available (see photos), card games, board games, some books. Outdoor games for children available. Sheets, towels, bath mats and tea towels are provided ( see photos). A kit of basic necessities is provided: condiments, coffee capsules, tea, paper napkins, toilet paper, 60l garbage bags, shower gel and shampoo, wood for the fireplace (1st fire free) and firelighter, dishwashing products, household products, hand soap... The boiler is pellet, I leave bags of pellets available (2 per day are included in the price between mid-October and the end of March), there is a netatmo thermostat to set it to the right temperature. If necessary, purchase extra at Gamm Vert, Weldom or Intermarché in Beuzeville. Guest access All shops are accessible by car.
