Charming 2 bedroom lake house apartment. Fully furnished and with everything you need (shampoo, soap clean towels, linens and blankets, dishes and cookware,) all ready for you to move in for your lake vacation. Lake access across the road with Dock, (sorry no docking your boats allowed) campfire, grassy yard to play on or relax on by the lake. kayak/canoe available The space Our guests will love the lake access. It's one of the best private areas on the lake. It's got a grassy area for children to run and play on. Stairs to a shallow swimming area, campfire and hammock. The perfect place to relax and play. we have a kayak and a Canoe available to use. Corn hole, horse shoes and badminton/ volley ball net. Also lots of lawn area in the back of the house by the river. Paddlers Pub/waterhouses is a quick walk up the street. It has boat rentals and a great place to eat. Or you can just bring your own food and cook in the fully equipped kitchen in your apartment. Or cook on the grill. Guest access Guests can use the front porch .Guests also have access to the lake that's private and only used by the 4 houses on the property. Guests also have access to the river in the back of the house with fire pitt. Private parking behind the house. Other things to note YoutubeTV w/ Live tv is available to watch with NFL Sunday Ticket for those unfortunate rainy days or snowy when you just can't get out to the lake Or to cozy up to after a long day of fun in the sun or a long day of skiing Also have board games to play with the family.
