Their private bathroom provides an intimate space for everyone in a friendly accommodation, 5 toilets, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with a fireplace, and terraces. THE LIVING ROOM Lounge/ Dining Room Side A lounge area with a TV , a sofa with armchairs for a relaxing moment with your loved ones, board games are also available. A large 10-seater solid oak dining table for friendly meals for families or groups of friends. Kitchen Side Fully equipped to feel at home: Microwave, dishwasher, stovetop, oven, fridge, freezer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, pots, pans, not to mention the basic condiments. Towels available. A washing machine, essential for a family stay, allowing you not to provide a complete wardrobe for the duration of your vacation. ROOMS For your comfort, bed linen is fully provided.The double bedrooms are in queen size (link in 160*200 format). On the ground floor: - Bedroom 1: A 160cm double bed with bathroom -Bedroom 2 (which communicates with room 1): Two single beds ideal for children Upstairs: -3 bedrooms with a 160cm bed (each with private shower room and toilet). If needed, and upon request, a room can be prepared with 2 single beds instead of a large one. Baby cot available on prior request. THE 4 BATHROOMS The bathrooms (2 with bathtub and 2 with showers) are all equipped with hair dryers. To allow you to lighten your suitcase as much as possible, we provide towels (one large towel and one small towel per person). A washing machine is available for your use. PRIVATE TERRACES Two terraces set up to soak up the sun at any time of day. A terrace accessible directly from the kitchen (sunrise side) with table for 10 people, gas plancha and blind to have breakfast facing the Vallee de la Buèges. The second terrace (sunset side) overlooking the pool, in the shade of the trees, will allow you to rest on a lounger lulled by the cicadas. At Domaine des Hauts d 'Issensac, there are a total of 3 cottages (totally independent with separate entrances): - Le Cocon de la Buèges for up to 4 people. - La Verrerie des Papés (this cottage) for up to 10 people. - La Demeure du Marquis for up to 9 people. It is also possible to privatize the farmhouse in its entirety. Guest access CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT Check-in: From 5 p.m. to midnight (possibly earlier if the property is ready). Check-out: By 10 AM For a more friendly experience, we will agree on a time so that we can welcome you when you arrive. A key lockbox is also available if needed. Among so many other things, you'll be able to: -To wine tourism by visiting the Domaines de l 'AOC Terrasses du Larzac or AOC Pic Saint Loup. -Visit breathtaking places like Saint Guilhem le Désert, Le Cirque de Navacelles, Saint Jean de Buèges and many more... - Canoeing in the Gorges de l 'Hérault, Karting a few kilometers away or even paragliding... - Walk up the Seranne or Pic Saint Loup and hike in the heart of nature then go for a dip to cool off in the river. - Spend your evenings tasting wine on the terrace and stargazing in a place where the term "light pollution" makes no sense. -Rest in the pool with family or friends and rest while playing pétanque. - Get up at dawn to try to observe the beavers and otters that (re)populate our rivers or adopt the rhythm of the groundhog by promoting morning graces and being awakened by the singing of birds... - Play some board games. -Make good meals enjoying the fireplace in winter. in summer, explore the starry sky near the Cévennes International Dark Sky Reserve" Fanny, a certified Petite Ourse astronomy instructor from the French Astronomy Association, offers a sunset experience, a timeless moment.
