The space The Farmhouse Augusta Deres is a stylish renovated cottage in Nteres village. Located 32 km. from the city of Chania and 13-18 km from the beautiful northern beaches. It has traditional handmade furniture, dining room (all wood Τeak), fully equipped kitchen with Neff appliances (stove, fridge), fireplace, tv, bathroom, furnished balconies or patios with garden, and views to mountains and the sea. Guest access Guests have sole access to the whole property below and they are welcome to participate or help or work paid (collect oranges, grapes, olives and many more). House area 200 m2 Open spaces around the house 250 m2 –patios, verandas, balconies. Plot of the house 4 acres Land around or near the house 5000 acres (river, streams, hills, cultivations ...) Other things to note A warm welcome by the owners would be accompanied with: Water, fresh milk, coffee (Nescafe, Greek, tea, filter), cake, wine/raki with a meze and all you can drink fresh orange juice for all your stay. You need not to go to super market the day of your arrival, you will find in the fridge or the selves: water, fresh milk, coffee (Nescafe, Greek, tea, malotira, filter), orange juice, wine, raki, olive oil, fruits, eggs, butter, bread, cookies, jam, honey, sugar, spaghetti, tomato sauce, and always something to cook easily.
