Shower room with shower, basin and WC. The dwelling also houses a ground-floor shower room, a utility and a first-floor open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside is a large decking with furniture and a hot tub, and off-road parking for two cars. 10 Duck Lake is a wonderful abode for a retreat with friends or family to this area of England.
