The apartment is located in the most desirable location, located on the elevated west side of Olomouc, set in maintained greenery. There is also a smaller park and a playground right next door. Thanks to the amount of greenery, but especially thanks to the location, there is clean air. Nearby, about 4 minutes away, there is also a restaurant with a café and summer outdoor seating. There is also a public transport stop next door, which guarantees access to the whole city. You can also go for a walk.
