We have excellent internet and Netflix, Star+ Disney+ streaming services The space This beautiful, spacious and comfortable 2-bedroom house has a full kitchen, barbecue grill, Smart TV, Netflix, excellent internet, work space, large grassy garden with outdoor fireplace, very green shower, easy access, paved street, less than 5 minutes from the center of Lumiar square. Ideal for 2 couples, or families with children and the elderly. Flat backyard, house without stairs, accessibility bars in the bathroom. Our house is located 1.2 km from Lumiar Square, 500 meters from a market and bakery, 2 km from Poço Belo Waterfall, and 4 km from São José and Indiana Jones. We have spring water, a private waterfall, lots of greenery, an exuberant view of the mountains, beautiful birds. Our private waterfall is 100 meters from the house, part of the nearby Fazendinha Paraíso. We schedule times on Saturdays and Sundays for visits to the animals at no additional cost. Accommodates 8 people. Easy access, excellent location, paved streets. Guest access We provide the key to the access gate to the space of the river well with waterfall beach. You can come and go as you please. We also have an exclusive Pet area in Rio, where you are allowed to take your dog. Visits to the animals are by appointment, in the same space we have the Skibum, duration of 2 hours at no extra cost. Our animals weigh more than half a ton, are docile and live free, loose in the pasture, We only lock them up during visiting hours, which is why we monitor visitation for the safety and well-being of both.
