The space The space is composed like this: - Living room with 2-seater sofa bed (real integrated mattress 140 x 190), flat screen TV with Netflix, Wi-Fi connection (codes available on site) - Mezzanine with 140 x 200 double bed - Storage and cupboards for your belongings - Equipped kitchen: fridge, oven, microwave, induction stove, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine - Bathroom with 90x90 shower, toilet and hairdryer (shower gel and shampoo provided) All windows are double glazed with blackout roller shutters Reversible air conditioning All essential supplies are included: bed linen and towels, hygiene products, coffee, condiments, dishes, cooking utensils, household products, paper towels and toilet paper. Location & transportation The apartment is located in Irigny, just 15 minutes from the center of Lyon by car. Buses 15 and 15E, 50 meters away, serve Place Bellecour directly in 30 minutes, with many connections to buses and metro to easily circulate in Lyon. The Oullins metro is accessible in 20 minutes by bus or 15 minutes by car (free relay parking with bus ticket). Environment & Leisure Many amenities are nearby: library, Vival grocery store, pharmacy, bakery, pizzeria, coffee shop, hairdresser, tobacco shop... A large shopping center is a 5-minute drive away (Saint-Genis 2 – Saint-Genis-Laval). For outdoor activities: the municipal swimming pool and Irigny skatepark are 50 meters away, next to Champvillard Park, ideal for walks. Guest access Check-in is self check-in via a lockbox.
